We have a vision. An intention of building a holistic centre that offers a myriad of alternative therapies through bodily movement. Movement heals the body and the mind in complementary and yet different ways to those offered by conventional medicine and healthcare providers.

Pure Yoga is a contemporary studio that separates the core teachings of yoga from the cultural practices that have historically surrounded it. Our name reflects our accessible, evidence-based approach. “Pure” Without any extraneous and unnecessary elements. We aspire to serve the Bahrain yoga community with a beautiful space and inspired teaching.
